New subscribers can try a paid plan free for 7 days, no card required. If you do add a payment method, we'll remind you before any trial converts to a paid subscription, so you're never surprised by a charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription (or by emailing us). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.
If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because Melern is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting to use a paid plan during this period you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where the withdrawal right still applies, we'll refund eligible amounts promptly.
Your statutory consumer rights always apply and are not limited by this policy.
Email billing@melern.example with your account email and the charge in question, or use our contact form (topic: "Billing"). We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Promotional credits, gift redemptions, and amounts already refunded are not eligible. Abuse of the refund process (e.g., repeated buy-and-refund cycles) may result in account limitations under our Terms of Service.
